01. Our Philosophy
At Musroor, our products are engineered to be lived in. Because we operate through limited, precision-engineered drops rather than mass production, our return and refund policy is designed to maintain the exclusivity and integrity of our silhouettes.
02. Refund & Return Eligibility
To maintain our premium standards, a refund or return is only granted under the following two conditions:
- Manufacturing Defects: If your product arrives with a physical defect in the premium terry fabric or the high-density print.
- Sizing Error by Musroor: If the size delivered to you does not match the specific size you selected in your original order (e.g., you ordered a Medium but received a Large).
03. Conditions for Approval
For a refund or return to be processed, the following requirements must be met:
- Unworn State: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Original Packaging: The product must be returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Reporting Window: Any defect or sizing error must be reported to our support team within 3 days of the delivery date.
04. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Change of Mind: We do not accept returns if you simply no longer want the item.
- Customer Sizing Errors: If you ordered the wrong size based on your own preference, it is not eligible for a refund. Please refer strictly to our Size Guide before purchasing.
- Wear and Tear: Damage caused by improper washing or regular use after the initial 3-day reporting window.
05. The Refund Process
- Verification: Once your request is submitted, our team will verify the defect or sizing discrepancy against your original order.
- Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will conduct a final inspection to ensure it meets our “Unworn State” requirement.
- Method: Approved refunds will be issued via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are strictly processed through digital channels (JazzCash/EasyPaisa).
06. How to Initiate a Claim
If you have received a defective product or the wrong size:
Contact our support team at support@musroor.pk.
Provide your Order Number and clear, high-resolution photographs of the defect or the size tag of the incorrect item.
Once our team confirms the error, we will provide you with the shipping instructions for the return.
