By accessing musroor.pk, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Musroor is a premium exclusive oversized streetwear brand made in Pakistan. These terms govern your use of our website and the purchase of our engineered apparel.

02. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the Musroor Arabic calligraphy logo, graphic designs, and technical fabric descriptions, is the exclusive property of Musroor. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any brand assets without explicit written consent.

03. Product Information and Pricing

  • Precision Engineering: Our products, including the Oversized Printed Drop Shoulder T-Shirt, are built from premium fabric specifically for the Pakistan climate.
  • Pricing: Prices are listed in the product pages
  • Availability: We operate through limited drops only; products are not mass-produced and are subject to availability.
  • Color Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, actual colors may vary slightly due to digital display settings.

04. Orders and Payments

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase.
  • Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary trusted method, alongside JazzCash and EasyPaisa.
  • Nationwide Shipping: We offer free delivery across Pakistan with no minimum spend required.

05. Strict Refund and Return Policy

To maintain our premium standards and limited-drop integrity, our policy is strictly limited:

  • Eligibility: Returns or refunds are only granted if we deliver a size different from the one ordered or if the product has a verified manufacturing defect.
  • Reporting: Any discrepancies must be reported to support@musroor.pk within 3 days of delivery.
  • Exclusions: We do not offer refunds for “Change of Mind” or customer sizing errors.

06. User Conduct

Users are prohibited from using the site for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the service for violating any of the prohibited uses.

07. Limitation of Liability

Musroor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website. Our apparel is “Engineered to be Lived In,” but standard care instructions must be followed to maintain fabric integrity.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
